About Garden Tempo

Garden Tempo turns regional planting guidance into practical decisions for home gardeners.

Updated August 30, 2026

What we publish

The first collection covers when to plant 15 vegetables and fruits in Georgia, United States. Each guide separates the published Middle Georgia baseline from regional or crop-specific conditions that can change the date.

How the work is made

Garden Tempo is an independent project. The current guides use University of Georgia Cooperative Extension publications as their main factual sources. We write an original answer, map important claims back to the applicable publication and show the source links on the page.

Garden Tempo is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Georgia.

Review status

The Georgia collection has passed owner review for clarity and usefulness. Independent horticultural review has not yet been completed, so the site remains a closed, non-indexed preview.
